Publishes the signed and Apple-notarized MATE Desktop 0.1.31 test DMG and Tauri updater from mate master commit 5259dbab. This replaces conflicted PR #17 after the production channel was published. Verification: Apple notary Accepted, stapler validation passed, Gatekeeper reports Notarized Developer ID, and channel-isolated release metadata/signatures were generated by the canonical release script.
